The Bridge And Beyond team is thrilled to announce the second edition of the New York Spring Bridge Fling at the famous Honors Bridge Club in New York City! Join Giorgia Botta, John Ramos, and Christopher Rivera for two fun and instructional days of lessons, Q&As and duplicate bridge at the top bridge club in the United States. If you join us for this exciting event you can look forward to:
Lessons by Giorgia, John, and Christopher designed to take your game to the next level.
Saturday Christopher will teach: NT Declarer play.
Sunday Giorgia and John will teach simultaneously and you will get to choose which subject you want to know more about. Topics covered will be: how to respond to partner’s 1NT opening after opponent’s interference (not Lebenshol); Bergen Raises & Mixed Raises; Overcalling their 1NT opening using the convention MECKWELL; Controls and RKCB 1430.
A full duplicate game in which you'll meet many of Honors' regular players of all skill levels and earn SILVER POINTS!
Q&As after the duplicate game to both learn from your mistakes and celebrate your great plays.
The chance to ask questions of our team on any subject.
Light refreshments available all day.
In addition, we will gather for an optional Happy Hour following Saturday's daily activities. We'll eat, drink, and be merry -- and of course, talk more bridge and get to know each other even better in a relaxed atmosphere!
