Where can I find a list of the online bridge lessons?

Through our website, go to the courses homepage. You will find a list of all our currently available lessons.

Are there any free features of the website?

Yes! Some of our Challenges content is available for free to registered account holders. You can also find a few other video snippets of our offerings throughout the website.

How do I buy a membership?

Go to the membership homepage. Click on the membership you want and you’ll be prompted for payment details.

What is included in the Silver membership?

  • Access to all of B&B’s online bridge library: lessons, practice hands + review and — coming soon — notes

  • Access to B&B’s Blog

  • Q&A Sessions: $10 for Silver members

  • Speedball Game with one of us: discount price of $100 for Silver members

  • B&B Organized Duplicate games: $30 for Silver members 

  • Themed Supervised Play: 4X a year $20 for Silver members

What is included in each individual lesson package?

A four part series with 4 mini lessons (about 15mins each); each lesson is followed by practice hands with a video review of each hand. We will also eventually add notes for each lesson.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Our Diamond Membership is coming soon! Watch this space for information on how to upgrade when it’s live.

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sorry to see you go! But you can cancel a monthly membership at any time buy selecting Manage Membership from your Dashboard. Annual memberships can only be canceled at the end of the 12-month period.

Can I use my account on more than one computer or device?

Yes! As long as your subscription is active, your account can be used on multiple devices.

I can't login! what do I do?

Don’t panic! If the issue is that you forgot your password, or that you’ve forgotten what email you registered with, or that you haven’t yet created an account, read on for help with those questions. If it’s none of those, contact us by using the form at the bottom to tell us about your issue — but please be specific so we can better help you!

I've forgotten which email address I used to sign up with, what do I do?

If you don’t remember which email you used, you’ll have to employ a bit of trial and error. From the login page, click Forgot Password. You’ll be prompted for your email. Try the one you think it is; if you’re right, you’ll get an email. If not, try another one (most people don’t have all that many email addresses). If you still can’t figure it out, use the form at the bottom of the page to tell us about your issue and we’ll try to help!

How do I log in to my Membership or see the course I bought?

Through our website, select the Login menu option, top right hand corner. Once logged in, view ‘My Dashboard’. All courses and memberships can be found here.

I've forgotten my password! What should I do?

Through our website, select the Login menu option, top right hand corner, then click “Forgot Password,” then follow prompts to fill in email that you registered. Go to email and click the link to reset password.

How do I create an account?

Through our website, select the Login menu option, top right hand corner. Then choose “Create a new account” underneath the Login button.
